What are some tasty, easy recipes with tofu?

I’m looking for something healthy, easy, and tasty to make for supper with extra firm tofu. Does anyone have some recipes?

    2 Tofu recipes that I use:

    Asian Stir Fry:
    Drain Extra Firm tofu. When drained, cube it into 1/2″ cubes and marinate it in Soy Sauce or another Asian sauce for at least 30 minutes.
    Heat up your choice of cooking oil in a skillet or wok.
    Add the tofu to the oil and cook until golden brown on several sides.
    Use a slotted spoon to remove tofu and place it on a plate lined with a paper towl to drain.
    Add Asian Style frozen Veggies to the remaining oil and sautee until cooked.
    Add the tofu back in and add your choice of sauce.
    For a Peanut style treat, add a tbsp natural peanut butter.
    Serve over your choice of rice or noodles.

    Veggie Burritos:
    Sautee an asssortment of vegetables. I like Red & Yellow Bell Peppers & Yellow Sweet Onions. Cook until just golden.
    Heat up Vegetarian or Homemade Refried Beans (or use whole black beans/pinto beans).
    Chop a tomato, green onions, Cilantro, and for a real treat, a papaya.
    Sautee or prepare some marinated tofu.
    In a vegetarian tortilla, layer beans, then sauteed veggies, then your protein, then your cold ingredients. You can add cheese, vegetarian sour cream, guacamole, mole sauce, and salsa as desired.

    I just roasted veggies tonight and threw some frozen tofu (extra firm) in the pan. It was excellent!

    Cut up:
    onions
    eggplant
    carrots
    zucchini
    tomato
    potato

    add tofu (I like the texture when it’s frozen)
    Cook on 400 for 40 minutes
    PURE BLISS!!
