Avocados have a high fat content, which make them an excellent base for facial masks. Here’s a recipe to try:
½ of an avocado
½ teaspoon of Vitamin E oil
1 tablespoon of plain yogurt
½ teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of warm honey
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and apply to your face, avoiding getting the mixture in your eyes, but paying close attention to the fine lines around your eyes and mouth. Allow to sit on your face for 20 minutes and rinse off thoroughly with warm water. Pat dry with a towel and apply a good moisturizer.
