hypnotism. acupuncture. the bottom line is the desire to quit. it,s gotta be the hardest addiction to control. i worked with a guy who was a therapeutic hypnotist. hypnotism uses powerful subliminal suggestions to help you break a destructive addiction cycle.

quit your job. with limited funds you will quit damned quick. it’s cheaper to buy nicotine patches than it is to keep smoking. JUST STOP SMOKING, you’re wasting your money and health!

    Hi CBR

i smoked for over 40 years, tried quitting for the last 5 of those.. what finally worked for me was involvment in a support group.. im a member of Nicotine Anonymous, and attend meetings both locally, and on line… on liine meetings are as close as your computer..and you can attend before actually quitting..
Nicotine Anonymous is a Non-Profit 12 Step Fellowship of men and women helping each other live nicotine-free lives. Nicotine Anonymous welcomes all those seeking freedom from nicotine addiction, including those using cessation programs and nicotine withdrawal aids. The primary purpose of Nicotine Anonymous is to help all those who would like to cease using tobacco and nicotine products in any form. The Fellowship offers group support and recovery using the 12 Steps as adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous to achieve abstinence from nicotine.
