how much do I have to drink to be considered DUI?
I was just wondering how much do I have to drink before it is .08 I am 21 and weight 140. I have been drinking since 15 so for me to bet really drunk I need to drink at least 12pack of regular 5% ALC beer or half of 750 bottle of vodka. Just let me know, and no I aint planning on driving drunk, just let me know how many do you think.

If you drink more than 2 drinks per hour you will blow higher than a .08

How about this, I work for a law enforcement agency. I have seen people come in for a DUI that didn’t even act drunk and their blood alcohol level was .25. To legally be drunk it only takes 1 1/2 beers, or 1 to 2 mixed drinks, no matter how you feel. Your tolerance differs but the amount of alcohol in your system doesn’t.

If you have more than one beer, one shot of hard liquor, or one glass of wine per every hour. (one of the three per hour)
