It should be fine, but it wont be as fresh if you want it to be. My advice is to just smell it before you eat it!

if rice is dry and kept in a air tight jar it will last up to 4 years.

No… don’t keep cooked rice in the fridge for longer than 3 days. Rice is a potentially hazardous food, so don’t risk it.
