How can you determine how much caffeine your coffee contains?

If you make your own coffee in the morning, how can you tell how much caffeine each cup of coffee has? I know there’s an average, but obviously not every make coffee the same and some people make it stronger than others.

google the type of coffee and then see if you can find the amount of caffeine in it.

You can’t without some lab equipment. I know there are strips that test for the presence of caffeine and you could try diluting your coffee until the strips don’t detect caffeine. Otherwise you’d need a spectrometer.

Different coffees differ in caffeine content, although not to the extent that teas do.
