Strictly say, “OFF” when your dog jumps, then push it off hard. (Not to hard though!)

Here is a way that I’ve found to be effective. Now it might take a little time depending on how long this your dog has been doing this.
First, it is important to understand that your dog is trying to get attention. So you have to be careful that you don’t re-enforce the bad behavior. Don’t push the dog down because that is a form of attention.
When your dog jumps up on you, say “off” and turn away from your dog. You might even take a couple of steps away from the dog. Your dog will probably try to jump up again, so you have to keep repeating the behavior.
Just remember that like any dog training, you have to be consistent and persistence. You can’t do it one time and allow it another. And be sure that you or nobody else invites the dog to jump up.
