I got ripped like that too a couple years ago…
If you got receipt of payment go back and raise hell.
They have to fix it,or you can call your prosecuting attorney and ask what can be done.

when a car is flushed, they don’t replace the thermostat, radiator or hoses either. you need to be more specific about what was repaired. was it truly flushed or just drained and refilled like most shops do? is the fan coming on? quit flying off the handle, settle down, and call them for more details.

Lodge your complaint with the Consumers Right Board by ringing them or even pay them a visit. Take everything with you such as their document and receipt regarding what they had done to your car. How did you know they did not replace the hoses. Remember to back up your complaints. Good luck.

IF YOU HAVE A RECEIPT TAKE HIM TO SMALL CLAMS COURT AND TAKE PICTURES OF OLD PARTS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO STILL HAVE HAVE IT FIXED BY A GARAGE AND TELL THEM YOU NEED OLD PARTS WHEN THEY ARE DONE WITH THE REPAIRS…IF THEY ASK TELL THEM YOU HAVE A WARRENTEE ON THE OLD PARTS

I don’t know what state you are in but in California, there is a consumer watchdog agency called the Bureau of Auto Repair.
That is the agency you would lodge a complaint with.
    They Will investigate your claim.
You should show them all of the paperwork. REMEMBER if it isn’t on paper, it is just your word against theirs.
When you contract with a repair provider in this state, you —>
    1) Have a right to a written estimate
    2) Have a right to the old parts (Ask before you leave)
    3) Sign a repair order, and nothing NOT on the estimate must be paid for.
    4) If there is going to be cost over-runs, the provider must call for authorization first.
Most states also have some consumer safeguards similar to ours.
If the BAR revokes the license required to operate a repair shop, it doesn’t matter how many other licenses or permits he has, he CANNOT repair cars until it is returned to him, what ever he is required to do.
