loose 10lbs for my first…?

…day of summer. I have 2 weeks until summer vacation and want to loose 10 lbs. How can i drop the weight quickly? I’m not going to go anorexic or bulimic because that’s gross. I already dance, and run.

I’ve heard people talking about “Calorie Shifting”
What is it?
DOes it work?
and how do you do it?

    Look up The Master Cleanse diet… or The Lemonade Diet. You lose 2 pounds a day. Today is my first day on it and I don’t feel hungry at all! A little grumpy but… haha, yeah! But look it up on google and read about it. Lots of people are against it but they’re judging out of ignorance. My friend has been on this diet for 5 days and lost 9 pounds… and my other friend went on this diet last summer to look good in a bikini and she kept the weight off. Look it up if you want to have a flat stomach straight-away!

You can also use variouse types of wheat replacements (flax,spelt,ect.) do lots of ab exercises like pilates and crunches every day and eat clean food for 2 weeks. Lean protein such as chicken and fish. Lots of veggies and fruit. Keep hydrated and have a cup pf green tea with each meal.     you cannot lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. At the most, you can lose about 6 – but that’s only if you are seriously dedicated to your diet and exercise regime!

    calorie shifting is when you change the number of calories you eat daily. That way your metabolism gets quicker, which in turn will help you burn fat more quickly. For example; you eat 1800 calories on Monday, 1200 on Tuesday, 1500 on Wednesday, 1600 on Thursday, 1300 on Friday, 2000 on Saturday, 1200 on Sunday. Calorie Shifting involves a lot of planning.

    eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit! They are your biggest assets toward a healthy weight loss. Instead of butter, use olive oil. Eat fish two or three times a week because red meat has a lot of saturated fats in it (or you can become vegetarian like me, lol). Eat a large breakfast, medium lunch and small dinner. “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper” really does work, especially for dancers and athletes and since you dance, it will work for you. Having a huge breakfast in the morning will also crush cravings. Keep on exercising 30 minutes to an hour everyday.

    just watch your caloric intake. keep it at 1200. you’ll lose those 10 lbs in about one month
