how can i get toned + thin quickly… i need helpppp?
right, im 15, im a sixe 8-10. so not exactly fat, but i hate my body, i have no confidence, and really think if i lost some weight, it would boost that confidence. i do some sports. but im not sport mad. i just want to get toned and loose some weight. please help me!! x

I work at a gym, so i get free membership, and I had the same problem as you
But now i use the gym all the time because i can, and I am much happier with my body. ive lost some tummy fat, and my chest + arm muscles are at a point where I look good without the muscles being excessive.
so join a gym!

Walk/run 15-20 minutes a day followed by some situps and pushups ( if you cant do pushups, do them on your knees) untill you feel burning, and try not to stop.
This is a good workout and you will see results in about 2 weeks.
