After car arbitration, the other insurance company refuses my claim of car repair. What should I do?

My own insurance policy is liability and it won’t help me to fight for the repair cost. It recommend me to file small claim.
I won the arbitration. Mine is 70% right

Without the appropriate coverages on your policy, you have no choice but to file a small claims suit. Your insurance company cannot help you if you don’t pay for the proper coverages.

Probably nothing if you went into binding arbitration and lost your case. You can file in small claims if you like, but it will cost you and the chances are you would lose there also. There comes a time you have to accept it, and pay for your own repairs.

If you lost the arbitration, you probably haven’t a prayer of winning in small claims court. There comes a time when we all must accept the verdict and move on. I also recommend that you get collision coverage so you don’t have to go through this again.
